Session: Elopement Style: Bohemian Location: Glacier National Park, Montana
This session combined everything that I love! Korey and Alexa are just an amazing couple that just have an ease about them and are just so comfortable with each other. The stunning jewel toned dress and floral crown paired perfectly with the natural beauty of Glacier National Park.
This sunrise session was made even better by all of the fog coming off of the lake. The dark moodiness of a cloudy morning is just made into a dream-like scene with the lake in the background and fog rising off!
Shannon & Julie
Session: Wedding Style: Outdoorsy, Fresh and Romantic Location: Geyserville, California
This sun-drenched California wedding was so full of charming details, bright colors, and epic views. This stunning vineyard on the top of a hill that overlooked Sonoma County was the absolute perfect background for this lovely wedding.
The modern, hip colors that Julie and Shannon chose blended perfectly with the natural outdoor colors of the vineyard. Because the sleek, modern house and grand views of the vineyard were so beautiful, they were able to have simple details and accents that just enhanced all of the surrounding beauty. This active, sweet, California couple had the perfect completely outdoor wedding! As the guests danced the night away under the stars, it was definitely a wedding day that will never be forgotten.
Session: Engagement + Senior + Lifestyle Style: Various Location: All over the United States
I have been lucky enough to travel around the country and love the variety of photographing both couples and individuals. Going to new cities, having different landscapes, and having a wide variety of people to photograph is what keeps my job both interesting and fun!
Here is a collection of some of my favorite images from engagement, senior and lifestyle portrait sessions!
Marc & Seneda
Session: Wedding Style: romantic, classy, garden Location: Newport, Rhode Island
Glamour and style was brought to this outdoor ceremony and reception. The soft green and crème colors only enhanced this garden setting. Newport is a town overflowing with glamour and sophistication. I couldn’t imagine Seneda and Marc getting married anywhere else. The grand centerpieces and table-scapes made for a tent reception that was so glamorous you would have thought we were in a grand ballroom.
One of my favorite parts of photographing on the East Coast is the dramatic coastline. This gorgeous couple deserved nothing less than the epic coastline views just steps away from their romantic garden wedding.
Amanda & Rob
Session: Engagement Style: Adventurous Location: Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado
This is definitely one of my favorite engagement sessions that I have done for many reasons. First, Amanda and Rob are just the nicest people and so much fun to be around! They are just the kind of people that you want to hang out with and be friends with, in other words, my ideal client.
If that wans't enough though, I got to photograph these two in Rocky Mountain National Park which was just a dream and I can't wait to do more portrait sessions and weddings there! Mountains are my favorite landscape and as you can see they make for the most gorgeous background in images!
Outdoor garden weddings are definitely some of my favorite weddings to photograph! Using a beautiful white tent for your reception also means you get to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor surroundings and create the exact style you want for your reception. Kelli and Erich stayed with the theme of the outdoors and their venue with subtle touches of green, white, and navy which made for a classy and stylish outdoor wedding.
Ashwanth & Christina
Session:Wedding Style: Bright, Colorful, Indian Location: Racine, Wisconsin
It's common to have a wedding that you have two different religions combined into one wedding day. Christina and Ashwanth mixed both and Indian and Western traditions beautifully for their wedding day in Wisconsin.
he bright and vibrant colors made this beautiful summer day such a fun celebration for their family and friends. The extra details like robes and parasols for the bride and her bridesmaids are just a couple examples of how the little details can add so much to your day.
I love it when couples choose a unique space that shows fits their personality while also being gorgeous. Who doesn’t like walls full of windows?! Anna and Derek kept the theme for their wedding simple and classic which complimented the clean lines of the Madison Library perfectly. The combination of modern and the traditional aspects of their wedding came together perfectly. Choosing to not do a “first look” made for the perfect image of Derek seeing his gorgeous bride for the first time at their ceremony.
Black and white with accents of gold go perfectly with the sleek modern gallery-type style of this venue. Another super fun wedding party and guests made for yet another perfect wedding!
Session: Wedding Inspiration Style: Romantic, Rustic, Vintage, Classic Location: All over the United States
I have been able to photograph so many fantastic weddings all over the US! From Massachusetts and New Jersey, to Wisconsin and Illinois, and Oregon and California just to name a few states. This collection of images is just a small set of my favorite images from all different kinds of weddings and the variety that I love to photograph.
Matt & Megan
Session: Anniversary Style: Adventurous, Lifestyle Location: Columbia River Gorge, Oregon
Anniversary sessions might be my new favorite thing to photograph! You don't need a special reason to have portraits taken. It is a great time to celebrate your love and spend some quality time with the person you love. Megan and Matt love to be outdoors and adventurous so we took advantage of some of the stunning Oregon landscape!
Leslie and Ethan infused their classic Madison wedding with fun a personal touches that made their day unique and special to them! All of the locations that this couple chose from where to get ready through the reception also all worked together for a cohesive style to the day.
The Orpheum Theater is a dark and romantic venue on its own, but when this couple added the simple touches of candles and flowers it transformed the space into a rich and dreamy venue that enhanced the romantic mood of the night.
